Immortal Defender Delayed / Update
I hate to have to admit it, but due to various family issues as well as problems with the book itself, Immortal Defender is not going to come out this year. My apologies to all my readers. I’m disappointed, too — as well as embarrassed. Please be assured I’m working hard to get the book done so you can get to know Torvald sometime next year. And my editor has asked me to write a novella to be brought out beforehand, which I’ll get done as soon as I finish the book. I promise, there will be good news soon!

The French version of Immortal Warrior is out today. Les Guerriers Maudits Tome 1 — l’Aigle Noir is available in France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Canada. (The title translates as “The Cursed Warriors Book 1 — The Black Eagle)

I’ll be signing at the Public Librarian Association conference in Portland, OR at the end of the month. If you’re attending, come  by the Romance Writers of American booth from 2-2:30pm on Friday, March 26.

Today Amazon “temporarily” removed all books published by MacMillan and their subsidiaries in a pricing dispute (MacMillan dared to want to decide the prices of their own product). Â In support of my fellow writers, I have “temporarily” removed all buy links to Amazon. Â Buy links to Borders, Barnes & Noble, and independent booksellers are still available. Â I encourage you to use them.
Update 3/15: Amazon eventually reversed their decision, but it took them weeks to get all the links back up. I’m deep into deadline, so it’s taking me a while too. <g>

My editor went to Cover Conference this week, so I sent her all the juicy details about Gunnar so they can conjur up a cover hunk as delicious as he is.  I won’t have anything to show you for a while, so for now take a look at my inspiration and use your imagination.
